Are Dermwel products vegan and gluten free?

Yes! All products are formulated without gluten or animal products or by-products.

How long will it take to see results?

Though we all love instant gratification, you'll need to wait 8 -12 weeks before you start seeing real transformation.

Are Dermwel products sustainable?

We will never jeopardize quality or functionality, but where applicable, we do keep sustainability top of mind! For example, when using plastic packaging we always strive to use Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) material. We try to utilize upcycled ingredients in formulation. Orders

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you can either locate the order confirmation email sent to you or log into your Dermwel.com account and select "Order History" in the "Account" page. If you still have questions about your order, please reach out to us at hello@dermwel.com with your order number.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please first check the status of your order. If the order has not yet shipped, please reach out to us at hello@dermwel.com with the subject "Modify" or "Cancel" and your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee updates or cancellations once an order has been placed.

What should I do if my order is missing?

Any lost package is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, if it has been 4 weeks, please reach out to us at hello@dermwel.com with the subject "Lost" and your order number and we will work to refund or re-ship your product. For quicker assistance, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or something is wrong?

Please email us at hello@dermwel.com and include your order details. We will get back to you ASAP.

Shipping

Does Dermwel offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $60.00 USD or more.

Where does Dermwel ship to?

At this time, Dermwel only ships within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). We are working diligently to support international shipping in the future.

Does Dermwel ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support International shipping.

How will my order be shipped?

Our orders are shipped during business days (excluding major holidays). Orders placed on and after Friday at 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the following business week. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 - 5 days to process your order.

How long will it take to ship?

Please anticipate 4 - 10 business days for standard shipping once processed. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may experience longer transit times.

Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options and anticipated shipping times are listed at check out. Please note, these expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

Returns

What is Dermwel's return and refund policy?

We want you to love our products! But if you are not satisfied, please review our return policies below.

You may return any item in new or gently used condition within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept fully used, or empty product returns. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What is Dermwel's exchange policy?

We do not currently offer exchanges. In the case of a desired exchange, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not cover the cost of shipping back the product unless the exchange is due to a qualifying damage or error on our end. Exchanged products will be charged a new shipping and handling fee.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@dermwel.com with the subject line "Return help" and your order number. 

Unless a shipping error was made, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. Example of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or product damaged during shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from dermwel.com. Products purchased from other retailers may not be returned to dermwel.com and will not be credited back, or returned to you. The original retailer must be contacted and their terms and conditions will apply.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure the package is wrapped securely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Some orders may be subject to a $9.95 handling fee.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@dermwel.com.
