Free Shipping & Handling

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $60.00 USD or more.

Processing & Shipping Time

Order processing takes up to 3 – 5 business days to process an order, but can be quicker. As we are a small business, please note orders placed during special promotions and new product launches may take longer. Orders placed on a major holiday will start processing next business day.

Standard Shipping Rate (contiguous US) $9.95 within 3 - 10 business days

Alaska + Hawaii Standard Shipping Rate $15 within 10 - 13 business days

Expedited Shipping Rate $14.95 within 2 - 4 business days

Expedited Shipping unavailable for orders shipping to Alaska + Hawaii

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders within the contiguous United States will be shipped Standard Shipping and will incur a flat rate of $9.95 on each renewal. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a flat rate of $15 on each renewal and will not be eligible for Free Shipping. Free shipping is offered for subscriptions over $60. If you have multiple subscription products and want them to ship together to receive Free Shipping, make sure the products have the same upcoming order dates and are combined under one similar address.

International + Canada

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping options soon.

Shipping Terms & Delivery

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for an additional $9.95 handling fee to cover re-packing/re-shipping the new order. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $15 handling fee.

Damaged or Lost Orders

When the order arrives, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you determine you have received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside. Please contact us immediately at hello@dermwel.com in the event that damages do occur. Please provide us with your order number and photos of all damaged items, so our team can assess the claim and take the proper steps to help find a satisfactory solution.

Any lost package is the responsibility of the shipping vendor and any complaints or claims should be directed to them. Dermwel is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from the shipping vendor. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact the shipping vendor and file a claim with them.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at hello@dermwel.com. If the order has yet to ship, we will make every effort to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse but cannot ever guarantee a cancellation is possible.
