Dry brushing is a technique that gently supports your body's natural detoxification pathways, improves skin health via physical exfoliation and promotes improved circulation.
You want to use your dry brush in congruent with your lymphatic system. Therefore start by warming up your lymph nodes by tapping each lymph node location 5 times. Then, with long steady strokes, start brushing your limbs, moving from your feet towards your chest in the direction of your heart and again from your hands to your chest.
Do not dry brush on sensitive skin (avoid eczema, psoriasis, or other skin issues). Do not use this brush on fragile skin (i.e. face, neck, and chest). Avoid wounds or damaged skin.
We recommend using your dry brush daily as part of either your morning or night ritual. It is also an amazing add on to any sauna or PEMF session.
Adding dry brushing as part of your daily routine supports your skin's detox and results in a healthy glow.
Copper does more than refine the skin. Its negatively charged bristles create gentle friction that releases balancing ions the body can readily absorb and used to counteract the effects of free radical pollutants.
The result: a reset that helps re-center your system, soften tension, and bring you back to your natural baseline.
To clean your brush, carefully wet the bristles only in warm soapy water. Rinse with plain warm water. Dry with a towel. Do not allow water to sit on the brush for extended periods of time.
